Admin & Client Relation Executive

About the role

We are looking for an organised, responsible and customer-oriented Admin & Client Relation Executive to support our daily business operations and customer coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Handle general administrative and operational tasks
• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone when required
• Coordinate and arrange appointments between customers and our technical team
• Follow up with technicians and customers on outstanding service cases
• Keep customers updated on appointment schedules and service progress
• Record stock-in and stock-out movements in the company system
• Maintain inventory and equipment records
• Prepare payment requests, invoices and supporting documents for management approval
• Update customer information and internal records
• Prepare administrative documents and operational reports

About you

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, responsible and able to follow up on tasks independently
• Comfortable communicating and building good relationships with customers
• Fluent with English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Able to work on a rotating shift arrangement
