Admin and Client Service Executive

JOB TITLE : ADMIN & CLIENT SERVICING EXECUTIVE

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Client Servicing Executive to manage client coordination, vendor follow-ups, and order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client enquiries and respond promptly.

Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to provide suitable solutions.

Follow up with clients until order confirmation and closure.

Coordinate with suppliers and brands to collect pricing and product details.

Follow up with vendors for samples, timelines, and order execution.

Ensure timely updates on product availability and delivery schedules.

Prepare and share quotations with clients.

Coordinate with sales and design teams for proposals and requirements.

Track order status from confirmation to final delivery.

Ensure continuous follow-up with vendors and internal teams.

Monitor order timelines and proactively resolve delays.

Confirm delivery and update order completion status.

Maintain proper records of client requirements, orders, and communications.

Manage sample inventory and track the movement of samples.

Maintain organized documentation for easy reference and reporting.

Skills Required:

Bachelors degree (any discipline).

1-2 years of experience in Administration / Client Servicing / Coordination roles.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email handling)Strong communication and coordination skills.

English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
