Admin & Customer Service

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/A-Level
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Have related working experience in Admin is an added advantage
• Possess positive and good working attitude, hardworking, can follow instruction
• Ability to multi tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Computer Literate (good knowledge in MS Office-Word, Excel)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
2. Prepare, update, and maintain reports and records.
3. Process data entry and ensure information is accurate.
4. Manage and organize documents, files, and correspondence.
5. Assist with customer inquiries and follow-up matters.
6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
7. Verify and process applications, transactions, and documentation.
8. Monitor and update sales, collection, and operational reports.
9. Schedule appointments, meetings, and other administrative activities.
10. Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
