Admin & Customer Service Executive (Excel Spreadsheets, Formulas) @ Southeast ~

Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible

Working Location: Kallang Sector

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

(May be required to work beyond 6pm and during weekends when necessary, only during peak period

About the role

This is a 12-month contract role (extendable/convertible) with a leading utilities group, based in the Kallang sector. You will manage excel spreadsheets and databases, coordinate contractor deployments, and provide customer service support across scheduling and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of managing excel spreadsheets / database including updating schedules, works carried out etc in the system
• Provide high quality customer service and professionalism when calling consumers to schedule appointments or for any matters
• Plan and deploy contractors and teams based on the latest updates in the excel spreadsheets / database
• Actively collaborate with various stakeholders and teams when handling issues
• Communicate effectively with consumers and stakeholders to ensure satisfactory and timely resolutions
• Continuously improve and enhance the spreadsheets / database for easier updating of records and generation of various reports
• Generate reports for various stakeholders
• Any other duties as assigned

About you

• Diploma
• Prior experience in customer service or a related role
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, Macro, basic analysis) and comfortable working with large datasets
• Adaptable and with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative in process improvements
