  • Follow opening, shift, and closing checklists
  • Complete routine cleaning, handle trash, check common areas and lesson rooms, and report maintenance or supply needs
  • Securely close the studio when scheduled

Keep records and teamwork clear

  • Maintain accurate student and prospect records in Opus1
  • Record lead sources, personal contact dates, trial details, and enrollment outcomes
  • Update tasks in Trello and leave clear handoffs for unfinished work
  • Share confirmed lesson availability and enrollment updates with marketing
  • Protect confidential family and staff information

You're personable, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership. You notice what needs attention and follow through without repeated reminders. You should be comfortable making follow-up calls, discussing lesson options, asking families to enroll, learning software, and managing several requests while keeping details accurate.

Customer service, reception, administration, hospitality, retail, or enrollment experience is helpful. Musical ability and teaching experience are not required. We provide hands-on training and written procedures.
