Admin & Facilities Supervisor

We are looking for an Admin & Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily administrative and facility operations and ensure the proper maintenance of company premises and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise administrative, maintenance, cleaning, gardening, and support staff.
• Monitor attendance and daily work activities.
• Oversee facility, lawn, equipment, and general maintenance.
• Ensure proper upkeep of tools, machinery, pumps, motors, and other assets.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of assigned areas.
• Maintain administrative records and equipment registers.
• Coordinate maintenance requirements and follow up on issues.
• Support the Manager Administration with day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in administration, facilities, or a similar role.
• Experience managing support/maintenance staff.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of general facility maintenance and operations.

Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi
Working Days & Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
