Admin & Filing Clerk

• Tenant Records: Update hostel's and office tenant's details, tenancy agreements, and emergency contacts.
• Document Filing: Organise agreements, invoices, receipts, maintenance reports, and correspondence.
• Rental Administration: Prepare rental invoices, update payment records, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Check-in & Check-out: Prepare registration forms, record key or access card handovers, and maintain occupancy records.
• Enquiries & Bookings: Handle enquiries about rooms, office spaces, facilities, and viewing appointments.
• Maintenance Coordination: Record complaints and repair requests, arrange maintenance visits, and follow up.
• Utility Records: Maintain electricity, water, and internet bills and assist with meter readings when required.
• General Administration: Handle calls, emails, scanning, printing, stationery, and office support.
• Confidentiality: Keep tenant information and company records secure.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
