Job Description Performs day-to-day processing of Admin/Finance activities, to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date, and accurate manner by analyzing their source documents, Performs Administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks/AQBooks
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations regularly
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies
• Prepare supporting documents for tax filing and audits
• Monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies or irregularities
• Collaborate with management on financial decision-making

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related course.
• With minimum 1-3 years experience in book keeping, billing and collection
• Familiarity and experience in using QuickBooks System/AQBooks System
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and met deadlines
