Admin & Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance & Admin Manager leads and oversees all finance, accounting, and administrative operations for ACW Distribution (Phils.), Inc. This senior management role encompasses financial management, accounting and compliance, administration, logistics and importation support, government and regulatory compliance, and strategic leadership of the Finance and Administration team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Monitor company profitability, expenses, and financial performance.
• Ensure effective financial controls and risk management practices.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial and government reports.
• Maintain compliance with Philippine financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage administrative operations, company assets, contracts, permits, licenses, and insurance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee financial and compliance aspects of logistics and importation activities.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related functions.
• At least five (5) years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Experience in distribution, technology, logistics, importation, trading, or supply chain industries is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, taxation, treasury, and business operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine financial regulations, taxation, corporate governance, and government compliance processes.
• Familiarity with importation procedures, customs regulations, logistics operations, and supply chain management.
• Strong Communication, Coordination, and Negotiation Skills.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Ability.
