ADMIN & FRONT DESK

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Completing administrative tasks like filing and delivering and accepting mail
• Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the reception area
• Keeping basic office supplies like pens stocked and accessible to visitors
• Signing in members/visitors and supplying them visitor's badges
• Greeting members/visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately
• Providing customer support
• Answering questions about club or services offered at the business
• Answering questions about office hours and who is in the office at any given time
• Putting through sales and/or assisting clients making orders
• Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
