Admin & HR Executive

Job Descriptions: -

• Manage foreign worker matters including permit renewal, repatriation, accommodation, and immigration-related processes.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes such as job posting, screening, coordination of interviews, and onboarding.
• Responsible for HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, KPI tracking, etc.
• Liaise with the respective government statutory bodies for any regulatory submission and compliance.
• To act as OSH, overseeing and maintaining JKKP-related matters and documentation.
• Oversee workplace safety and health matters by monitoring the implementation of risk assessments.
• Process training applications and coordinate training arrangements for employees.
• Maintain employees’ records in HR system to ensure accuracy of information with up-to-date details.
• Monitor company vehicle documentation such as road tax, insurance, and PUSPAKOM inspection.
• Develop, improve and implement effective HR strategies and policies for the company.
• Manage disciplinary actions including issuing warning letters and maintaining proper documentation.
• Provide administrative support and assistance with any assigned tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements: -

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field
• Strong understanding of HR practices and relevant Malaysian regulations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
