Admin & HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Admin & HR Executive to support the daily operations of our growing batik and fashion business. You will play an important role in managing HR, documentation, staff administration and customer aftersales while working closely with our management and operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee attendance, leave and staff records
• Assist with recruitment, interviews and onboarding
• Handle customer aftersales, complaints, returns and exchanges
• Prepare and maintain company documents and reports
• Organise and maintain Google Drive, Google Sheets and company records
• Assist with payroll-related records and monthly staff information
• Coordinate administrative matters and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR and customer information
• Support daily business operations and other administrative tasks when required

About you

• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
• Good at managing documents and multiple tasks
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Drive and Microsoft Office
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable, punctual and committed
• Interested in working in a fashion/batik business
• Previous admin or HR experience is an advantage
