HR & Admin Executive – M&M Authorised Service Centre

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain employee attendance, leave, shift, and payroll-related records.
• Manage new employee onboarding, ID cards, uniforms, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with Managers and Work Managers regarding manpower requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily/monthly HR reports.
• Handle employee queries related to attendance, salary, leave, and company policies.
• Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training programs, employee meetings, and staff communication.
• Manage office administration, stationery, housekeeping, security, and other facility requirements.
• Maintain statutory and compliance-related HR records and documents.
• Coordinate with Head office and branch teams for smooth HR and administrative operations.
• Support employee engagement and discipline-related activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Qualification: Any UG Degree, with computer knowledge
