Admin & HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of hands-on HR experience and be fluent in both English and Hindi to effectively communicate with employees across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Address employee relations matters and provide HR support
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of proven HR experience
• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
