Admin & HR Executive

• Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations.
• Manage HR matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and other administrative paperwork.
• Ensure company policies and HR procedures are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
• Candidates with at least 3 years of relevant working experience are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or experience in handling ISO documentation and procedures will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
