What You'll Be Responsible For

HR Administration

• Maintain employee attendance and leave records.

• Prepare monthly payroll information.

• Prepare employment letters and HR documents.

• Post job advertisements and source suitable candidates.

• Screen resumes and arrange interviews.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding.

• Maintain employee records and confidential files.

• Organise staff welfare activities.

Office Administration

• Record and file supplier invoices.

• Maintain company documents and licences.

• Organise office filing system.

• Prepare reports and documents.

Support Operations

You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure every department has the information and documentation they need to operate smoothly.
