ADMIN AND HR MANAGER

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with company objectives and applicable labor laws.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee development, promotion, transfer, and separation.
• Ensure proper implementation of company rules, employee handbook provisions, and disciplinary procedures.
• Recommend HR policies and programs that improve employee productivity, engagement, retention, and workplace discipline.
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance evaluations with department heads and project managers.
• Monitor the timely submission of applicable employment-related reports, contributions, registrations, and other required documents.
• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the head office and other assigned company facilities.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in human resources and administrative management.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong coordination skills in managing office and construction site personnel.
