Admin & HR Officer 行政及人力資源

Key responsibilities

• Office administration and daily operations, procurement of supplies and stationery, equipment maintenance, arrangement of external affairs and reception of visitors
• Human resources support including assisting with recruitment processes (posting advertisements, screening resumes and arranging interviews), employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Attendance and file management including managing employee attendance records, leave applications, and regularly updating and maintaining personnel file systems
• Payroll, tax filing and mandatory provident fund (MPF) including assisting with monthly salary calculations, handling annual employee compensation and allowance declarations (IR56B / IR56E / IR56F tax forms), MPF and labour insurance reporting
• Other company administrative support including handling daily documentation and file archiving, planning internal company activities and supporting other departments with temporary administrative work

About you

• 3-5 years or above of relevant work experience in administration and human resources
• Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and tax bureau employer tax filing procedures
• Good Chinese and English communication and writing abilities (Cantonese, English and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese and English typing
• Sense of responsibility, carefulness and attention to detail, good communication skills and team spirit
