Admin and Inventory Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing supplies, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation.
• Assist in receiving, checking, labeling, and organizing deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requests.
• Maintain proper filing of inventory and administrative documents.
• Assist with purchase requests, invoices, delivery receipts, and related documents.
• Encode and update records using Excel or inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, operations, and other departments regarding inventory concerns.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of company materials and supplies.
• Support general administrative tasks and other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in inventory, administrative work, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling data and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.
