Key responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of our hotel and serviced apartments
- Handle guest and tenant enquiries, bookings and property viewings
- Prepare accommodation and lease agreements
- Assist with rental negotiations, check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain good relationships with guests, tenants and property owners
- Coordinate maintenance work with contractors and service providers
- Assist with marketing activities to improve room occupancy
- Create and manage social-media content to promote our properties
- Handle general administrative and operational duties
Requirement
- Experience in hotel operations, serviced apartments, property management, leasing or real estate is preferred but not compulsory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Familiar with social-media marketing and content creation
- Customer-oriented with a positive, problem-solving attitude
- Responsible, organised and willing to learn
