Admin & Logistics Internship

Job Summary:
The Admin & Logistics Intern will support the logistics team in daily operational activities, ensuring smooth handling of goods, accurate documentation, and efficient inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Logistics staff in day-to-day operational activities, including receiving, storing, packing, unpacking, and handling company shipments.
• Support warehouse operations to ensure proper handling and storage of goods in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Prepare and organize logistics-related documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and shipment records.
• Assist in conducting stock checks and inventory verification.
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of products within the warehouse.
• Support coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform general administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Well command in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Alam (Shah Alam)
• Internship periods : Between July and December 2026.
