Admin & Marketing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

·     Work closely with sales, marketing and operation team to support the execution of promotion, marketing activities and visual merchandising

·     Assist in marketing communication materials including POSM, premium, promotion pack and website update

·     Assist in the creation, monitor and scheduling of content for social media platforms

·     Associate with internal departments, factories and regional team to ensure quality delivery of marketing activities and new product launches

·     Prepare deck for regular meetings and brand training presentations

·     Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

·     Provide all-round support for general office administration including courier arrangements, receptionist duties and CS enquiries

·     Assist in HR related support such as recruitment and staff leave record

·     Perform data input into a designated system and document filing

·     Carry out other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

·     Diploma or above in Administrative/Marketing/HR/Accounting with minimum 1 -2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG industry

·     Proficiency in MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Chinese word processing

·     Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

· Well organized and attention to detail

·     A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·     Independent, responsible, flexible and able to work under pressure

·     Immediate available would be an advantage
