Admin and Operation Assistant

Your main role is to assist the operation department. Below are some of the jobs that may be assigned to you.

Checking delivery orders slip with delivery reports and consolidating data into one report for management use.

Assist in creating PO and liaise with supplier.

Monitor, verify any discrepancies with supplier invoices.

Assist Project Manager in all kinds documentation works whenever needed.

Manage all sorts of reports as required by the Project Manager.

Assist operation sites in ordering any items from supplier and follow up with delivery and billing.

Liaise with the site office on any administrative support needed.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned,

Provide basic administrative support including but not limited to filing, data-entrying, collating documents, receiving, sorting, photocopying.

Requirements:
Prefer Diploma holder

Competent in MS Office (especially Microsoft Office Excel)

Experience in project coordination administrative work.

Good administrative & organizational skills.

Good communication skills especially with site workers and site supervisors

Meticulous and able to consistently pay attention to details.

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken) is a plus as our site workers mainly speaking in mandarin for easier communication.
