Admin & Operation Clerk

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin & Operation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Admin and Operation Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and operations team.
• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities and logistics.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize company documents, records, and reports.
• Handle incoming inquiries, calls, and correspondence professionally.
• Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and clients to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative or operations role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
