Admin & Operations Executive

About the role

An Admin & Operations Executive role bridging office administration, e-commerce fulfilment, and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating order and ensuring every task is followed through with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily customer enquiries (WhatsApp/IG/Email) and oversee the end-to-end fulfilment process, including order processing, shipping coordination, and returns management.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure the warehouse is organized for daily operations and content shoots. Coordinate stock movement between locations.
• Support Shopify website administration (product data, translations, inventory checks) and handle general office administration, supplier coordination, and invoice management.
• Assist the marketing team with content-shoot preparation and provide on-set operational support as needed.

About you

• 1-2 years in administration, e-commerce, or retail operations. Organized fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent Cantonese and strong written Chinese; working-level English for professional correspondence.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools. Experience with Shopify or inventory systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, open-minded to new tools (including AI), and comfortable with hands-on warehouse work.
