Admin & Operations Executive

About the role

GreenFox is looking for a responsible and proactive Admin & Operations Executive to support daily operations and contribute to continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and office operations efficiently
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other essential documents
• Maintain accurate filing systems and company records
• Coordinate smoothly with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Support procurement and logistics coordination
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and related documentation
• Provide administrative support to the management and sales teams
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as required

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
