Admin & Operations Executive

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and goal-driven Admin & Operations Executive to support our daily business operations and client communications. If you are confident on the phone, strong with numbers and documentation, and motivated by performance targets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Internal Communication: Actively communicate over the phone with clients, staff, and partners in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Documentation & Data Management: Maintain structured records, prepare reports, and process operational data using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Bring creative ideas and fresh perspectives to streamline processes and improve daily workflows.
• Target & Goal Execution: Work independently and proactively to meet individual and team operational targets.
• Operational Support: Handle daily administrative duties and assist with additional operational tasks during peak hours when required.

Requirements

• Communication Skills: Outgoing personality with strong phone presence and high conversational confidence.
• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on skill in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Mindset: Highly goal-oriented, target-driven, and self-motivated.
• Work Flexibility: Willing to work overtime (OT) during peak operational needs (OT is fully paid).

Package & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM 1,800
• Attendance Allowance: RM 100 / month
• Performance Incentive: Up to RM 1,200 / month
• Overtime Pay: Paid for extra working hours
• Statutory Contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) & Paid Annual/Medical Leave
