Admin & Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities

Support the daily administration and operations of the spa.

Conduct regular checks on facilities, rooms and equipment; identify issues and follow up on repairs and maintenance.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors and external parties on operational matters.

Manage purchasing, quotations, inventory and stock to ensure sufficient supplies.

Assist in supervising cleaners and spa attendants to maintain cleanliness and operational standards.

Prepare staff rosters, attendance and working-hour records using HR / POS systems.

Assist with staff onboarding, uniforms, lockers and other staff-related arrangements.

Support events, corporate groups, partners and other operational activities when required.

Assist with safety checks, contract renewals and implementation of operational SOPs.

Handle other administrative and ad-hoc operational duties as required.

Requirements

Proactive, responsible and hands-on with good initiative.

Able to identify problems, suggest practical solutions and follow through until completion.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Experience in administration, operations, hospitality or spa industry is an advantage.
