Admin & Operations Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day company and office administration to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with employee records, onboarding, leave, attendance, claims and other HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate company, employee and operational records and documentation.
• Assist with quotations, invoices, receipts, payments and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks, government agencies and other external parties when required.
• Manage office supplies, subscriptions, renewals and other administrative requirements.
• Assist management with company projects, applications, submissions and other operational matters.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure matters are completed on time.
• Assist with the Company's social media and content activities, including preparing simple posts, company updates and articles.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and day-to-day operations.
