Admin & Operations Executives

About the role

This is a hands-on and varied role where you'll be involved in insurance operations, client servicing, administration and day-to-day business support at an established Malaysian general insurance agency with over 40 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration of general insurance policies
• Prepare quotations, policy documents, renewals and endorsements
• Follow up with insurance companies on policy issuance and outstanding matters
• Assist clients with policy-related enquiries and documentation
• Assist with insurance claims documentation and follow-up
• Monitor upcoming policy renewals and follow up with clients
• Maintain accurate client and policy records
• Handle day-to-day office administration and filing
• Manage office supplies and general office matters
• Prepare invoices, receipts and payment-related documents

About you

• Organised and detail-oriented
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Proactive and willing to take ownership
• Comfortable communicating with clients and insurance companies
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines
• Positive, willing to learn and not afraid to ask questions
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, insurance, customer service or operations is preferred
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply
