Admin and Operations Intern

About Digital Sage Digital Sage is a data-driven marketing agency with in-house creative capabilities, based in Brunei. We manage both our own internal brands and a roster of external clients, combining strategy, design, and content to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.

About The Role This internship supports the operational backbone of Digital Sage's project and team planning. You'll help keep team workload visible and organized, and support the admin side of ongoing projects outside social media, giving leadership clean, current information to make faster decisions.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and maintain team workload and capacity tracking (hours, current assignments, availability)
• Support administrative coordination on active projects outside social media; status tracking, updates, documentation
• Keep records and trackers current and easy to act on
• Flag scheduling or workload issues as they come up

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and structured data
• Comfortable with Notion, or able to learn it quickly
• Organized and reliable with follow-through on recurring tasks
• Clear communicator, comfortable chasing updates from multiple people
• Able to work independently and remotely, with regular check-ins
