Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Remind consultants to follow up on assigned cases and pending tasks.
• Monitor and coordinate pending cases to ensure timely completion.
• Follow up with consultants on task progress and outstanding matters.
• Communicate with bankers regarding selected cases and follow ups.
• Maintain proper records and update case statuses.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience is preferred.
• Banking, loan or financial industry experience is an advantage.
• Must have own Laptop and Smartphone with WhatsApp.
• Must have a stable internet connection for working from home.
• Able to work independently with good organizational and follow up skills.
• Responsible, detail oriented and able to multitask.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• Saturday: Rest Day
• Sunday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
