Admin & Project Coordinator

RVS operates full vending machine services in SG & MY. We are finding a new team member to join us and build a career together.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate end-to-end vending project setups and timelines

Work with sales and technicians on project requirements and issues

Maintain basic Excel reports and project documentation

Performs operation admin duties in a timely manner to support Country Manager back office requirements

Coordinate responses to customers to ensure high level of service is provided

Candidate Requirements

SPM, Diploma or equivalent (any field)

Strong coordination and organizational skills

Proficient in Word, Canva and Excel

Willing to learn new applications

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Training will be provided

Office hours: 0900 - 1800
