Admin & Purchasing Executive

• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and product availability.
• Create and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
• Perform general administrative duties, including document handling, data entry, sending emails, and correspondence.
• Handle internal and external communication, ensuring smooth coordination between teams.
• Maintain records, reports, and filing systems for efficient office management.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and courier services as needed.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese clients is a must.
• Good in Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
