Admin. and Sales Assistant (North Luzon)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Division Head, Department Head, and Account Officers, and process and facilitate the booking of lease and loan availments.
• Monitor and facilitate the completion and regularization of documentary deficiencies, and gather, maintain, and prepare data and reports for management and business monitoring.
• Coordinate with relevant internal units and departments to facilitate timely completion of sales and administrative requirements.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a bank, financial institution, leasing, financing, or related industry.
• Experience in leasing and financing operations is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

• Working knowledge of customer relationship management and sales support processes.
• Knowledge of operational, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Computer literate and comfortable handling administrative and operational data.
