About the Role
As our Singapore operations grow, so do your career opportunities. Based in our beautifully designed central showroom, this is a dual role with a primary focus on administration and operational tasks, while providing occasional support in sales when needed.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and help deliver a premium client experience during one of the most important purchases of their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support, including data entry, stock checks, record keeping, and showroom coordination.
• Maintain accurate Quality Control documents and help ensure adherence to jewellery standards and procedures.
• Assist with purchase order verification and inventory tracking for diamonds, rings, and related products.
• Support the Quality Control team with daily reporting and internal processes.
• Welcome clients into the showroom and, when needed, assist in consultations or respond to sales enquiries.
• Help coordinate virtual appointments or liaise with the wider team during busy periods.
• Ensure the showroom remains impeccably presented and ready for appointments.
  • Saturday availability is essential.

About You:

• Previous experience in administration, retail, or luxury showroom environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable supporting light sales activity when needed.
