Admin & Sales Support

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer POs, Sales Orders, Invoices & Delivery Orders.
• Prepare Invoices & Shipping docs
• Prepare & maintain sales, shipment & delivery documentation.
• Coordinate packing, courier, freight forwarder & customer deliveries.
• Ensure orders & documentation are accurate & packaged & delivered on time.
• Maintain proper records, filing & order/shipment status updates.
• Liaise with customers, sales coordinators & internal departments on order & delivery matters.
• Handle export/shipping docs & customer-specific requirements when required.
• Perform other general administrative & coordination duties.

About you

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (scanners, printers)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and staff
• High level of attention to detail and ability to organize documents
• High school diploma or equivalent
