Admin and Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and creative individual to join our team as a Junior Admin & Social Media Executive. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with little to no working experience who are interested in administration, social media and content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative and office tasks
• Organise documents, files and records
• Handle basic data entry and coordination work
• Assist with scheduling and appointments
• Respond to general enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email
• Support the team with other ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Assist in managing social media platforms
• Create and schedule social media posts
• Help take photos and videos for social media content
• Create simple graphics using Canva or similar tools

About you

• Fresh graduates and candidates with little to no experience are welcome to apply
• Nitec/Higher Nitec or equivalent
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
• Basic knowledge of Canva or simple content creation tools is a bonus
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
