Admin & Telecaller

Moople Institute of Animation & Design is looking for a professional and customer-focused Admin & Telecaller to manage the front office and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Bengali, a pleasant personality, and the ability to efficiently handle front desk operations while supporting the admissions team through telecalling and follow-ups during non-peak hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and walk-in enquiries with a warm and professional approach.
• Welcome visitors and guide them appropriately while maintaining a positive front-office experience.
• Maintain and update visitor logs and other front desk records accurately.
• Handle routine administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and data entry.
• Coordinate incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• During free time, assist the admissions team with sales follow-ups and telecalling activities.
• Support the team with other administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Front desk: 2 years (Preferred)
• Telemarketing: 2 years (Preferred)
