Admin and transfer officer

About the role

Support the sales team for administrative tasks. Coordinate with real estate developers regarding transfer of ownership of real estate and any sales requirements with internal processing. Provide primary information by calls and emails to clients. Verify and gather support documents and information needed from the client to transfer ownership. Generate quotations and documents. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields
• 1-2 years of work experience in Administration Management or Sales Support preferred
• Expert at communication and coordination
• Good command in English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Innovative and good interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work responsibly, organized, and proactive
• Good team player
