Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Admin Apprentice to support day-to-day administrative operations. The role offers hands-on exposure to administrative operations within a fast-paced healthcare organization. As an Apprentice, you will gain practical experience in vendor coordination, data-driven reporting, and process improvement, while working closely with cross-functional teams to support the organization's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data analyzing and reporting
• Market/product research for admin-related material and services
• Working on special projects and new initiatives
• Creating trackers and driving process automation
• Supporting the commercial team in vendor sourcing

Eligibility Criteria

• Final - year students or recent graduates (any stream)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to multitask and manage time-bound deliverables
