Admin Assistant (asset Management & It) – 1 Year Experience MEDICAL EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY

Salary: ₱20,000–₱22,000

Location: Greenhills, San Juan City

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.

Responsibilities

• Manage company assets throughout their lifecycle, including documentation, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
• Provide day-to-day IT and technical support.
• Administer Google Workspace and manage user access.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and service providers.
• Assist with website updates.
• Help ensure the reliability, security, and efficient operation of office equipment, IT systems, and administrative resources.
