Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing report from SAP based on individual C3 number.
• Based on the data compile into Lampiran provided by Customs.
• Reconcile the data if anything not in order.
• Liaise with Customs to resolve documentation issue if any.
• Upload invoices in customer portal.
• Handle for Transport Billing processing and checking.
• Assist in any admin related tasks in Sales Support department & Supply Chain department.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / “A” Level / Pre-U / Professional Certificate / Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
