Admin Assistant

The Admin Assistant supports the Engineering Supervisor and engineering team in implementing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair activities for all store equipment and facilities of Mary Grace Foods, Inc. The role is responsible for coordinating concerns, managing ticketing systems, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between Engineering and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with multiple departments regarding equipment/facilities concerns and work order follow-ups.
• Ensures that all work orders are scheduled based on importance level.
• Plots cafés’ and kiosks’ equipment/facilities repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinates with the Engineering team regarding work orders’ status and updates the tracker accordingly.
• Prepares permits and materials needed to execute work orders.
• Creates required reports and other related tasks as instructed by his/her immediate supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related
• Experience as a coordinator is an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Google Workspace
• With good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in verbal and in written form.
