Eligibility

Responsibilities
- Process daily online orders and coordinate order packing with the operations team.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp, and resolve issue professionally.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings.
- Assist with product photography
Requirements
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Ecommerce or the retail sector
- Familiar with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) only
Location: 5 Joan Road, Singapore 298898 (Near Caldecott MRT)
Working Hours: 5.5 days work week. Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm
