Admin Assistant

• Position : Admin Assistant
• Location : North – Woodlands Sector
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : $2,700 to $3,000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Plastic Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices using the company system; training will be provided.
• Liaise with customers on orders, deliveries and general enquiries.
• Follow up on order and delivery status.
• Perform simple data entry and general administrative duties.

Requirements:

• PC literate and comfortable using basic computer systems.

• Able to communicate and liaise with customers.

• Relevant administrative or customer service experience will be an advantage.
