FASTKIL Pest Control is looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations and administrative functions.

📋 Job Details

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day
Additional Schedule: Two (2) Saturdays per month

Salary: ₱18,000 per month

🎓 Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related course (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Graduates of other four-year courses must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email)
• Willing to learn and work in a team environment

🗂 Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Maintain daily transaction records
• Ensure proper record keeping and documentation

Finance & Coordination

• Prepare Statement of Account (SOA)
• Assist with invoicing and expense tracking
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding services and billing
