Admin Assistant

Location: Gateway West, 150 Beach Road, 189720

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the FA Director and team.

• Manage documents, records, filing and day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Assist with insurance-related administrative work, including quotations, policy servicing and claims follow-up.

• Prepare reports, presentations and other documents using Microsoft Office.

• Coordinate meetings, appointments and schedules when required.

• Liaise with clients, insurers and internal departments for follow-ups and documentation.

• Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up and completion.

• Handle confidential information and documents with discretion.

Requirements

• Prior working experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance quotations, policy servicing and claims is an advantage.
• Organised, detail-oriented and responsible, with the ability to follow up on tasks independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and client-service skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
