Position Overview

We’re seeking a Admin Assistant with a passion for the advertising industry. Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and understands the importance of seamless client communication. You’ll be the bridge between clients, creative teams, and production partners, ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
• Manage project timelines, updates, and delivery schedules in coordination with internal and external teams.
• Understand client requirements, clarify specifications, and provide accurate quotations or updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Support the sales and operations to ensure project consistency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with advertising materials, signage, or fabrication processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is an advantage.
