Admin Assistant

About the role

An Admin Assistant role at AZ Frozen Food Sdn. Bhd. involving daily accounting and data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records for internal control checks, and supporting administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
• Handle daily accounting and data entry tasks
• Assist in maintaining accurate records for internal control checks
• Compile documents for monthly closing, including receipts, vouchers, and invoices
• Assist in updating Excel spreadsheets
• Organize and maintain accounting and administrative documents
• Communicate with suppliers or customers regarding purchase orders, invoices and payment follow-ups
• E-invoice support
• Assist on ad-hoc tasks from time to time

About you

• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.

• At least diploma or Degree in accounting or business management related

• Skills on Microsoft Word & Excel

• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English

• High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible & ethical

• Maintain confidentiality of company

• Fresh graduates are encouraged
